Processing time: 1-3 business days, deliveries take an average of 10-24 business days and in rare cases 30 business days.

How long will it take to receive my order?

After placing your order, please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Then after that: 10-24 additional business days for shipping.

Do I get a tracking number after I order?

yes! All orders include tracking numbers. It will be sent automatically to your email you provided us. Please follow our question above to see when they will actually ship.

Will you email me when my order ships out?

insurance. You will receive a confirmation email when you have placed your order, and another email when your order is on its way!

How can I pay?

We accept credit cards and PayPal payments.

I ordered more than one item, why did I receive one?

When you order multiple items at once some may be shipped separately from one of our multiple warehouses. You may receive one item before the next. So don't panic if you don't get all your items at once... they will eventually come to you!

Can I cancel or change my order?

yes. You have 30 minutes to cancel the order after placing it. All orders are made by hand once you order, so it is unlikely that we will cancel/change an order, but in some cases, we may. So please be sure to take the time to browse and order the right items you want! Just send us an email and we will be sure to help you.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Refunds are only allowed if the product is damaged upon arrival. You have 24 hours from the moment you receive the package to apply for a refund for damaged goods.

Debts and taxes:

We are not responsible for international taxes, duties or customs fees, this is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the case of a return or exchange, customs duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
